Pitt's Office of International Services To Hold Immigration Law Meeting Jan. 27 OIS will hold a Town Meeting To discuss important changes in U.S. immigration laws

PITTSBURGH—The Office of International Services (OIS) will host a "Town Meeting" from noon to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 27 in the William Pitt Union Assembly Room, 3959 Fifth Avenue, Oakland, to discuss important changes in U.S. immigration law affecting international students attending the University.
OIS staff will present information and answer questions regarding the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations, including the implementation of the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service's Student & Exchange Visitor Information System for tracking and reporting information on internationals, the Interim Student & Exchange Visitor Authentication System, the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System, and the new OIS data collection and University reporting obligations.
All internationals and faculty and administrators who work with internationals are urged to attend.
