Pitt Business Center for Executive Education Brings "Disney Institute's" Celebrated Program to the Pittsburgh Business Community June 3

PITTSBURGH-Pitt's Business Center for Executive Education of the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business is bringing the "Disney Institute's" traveling professional development program, the Disney Keys to Excellence, to Pittsburgh on June 3. This is an opportunity to learn best business practices from "Disney" insiders and discover ways to adapt and apply those best practices during these slow economic times.

The Pittsburgh Disney Keys program will showcase four 90-minute sessions including:

Discovering how effective leadership has been the catalyst at Disney to drive employee/customer satisfaction and bottom-line results;

Examining the importance of integrating an organization's corporate culture into selection, training, and care of employees;

Exploring renowned Disney principles for service excellence; and

Learning the key practices in building and sustaining loyalty that have made Disney a trusted brand around the world for more than 75 years.

Registration and fees for the program are $395 per person and include course materials and a full day of catered meals and beverages. Group discounts are available. No prerequisite training is required.
