Through 10/21     Pitt’s Department of Studio Arts presents an exhibition titled On a Lucky Day a Surprising Balance of Forms and Spaces Will Appear, artwork by the Studio Arts faculty, University Art Gallery, Frick Fine Arts Building, 650 Schenley Dr., Oakland. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays. The gallery is closed Monday, Oct. 10.

Nordenberg Lecture in Law, Medicine, and Psychiatry titled “What Remains of Charity Care After Health Reform?
