3/14 Bruce Cumings, Gustavus F. and Ann M. Swift Distinguished Service Professor in History at the University of Chicago, and L. Gordon Flake, executive director of the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation, will lead a symposium titled “Whither North Korea?” at 6 p.m., Frick Fine Arts Auditorium, 650 Schenley Dr., Oakland.
