UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH SPONSORS RECEPTION FOR VISITING GERMAN BUSINESS EXECUTIVES
PITTSBURGH, Jan. 24 -- More than 20 executives from German businesses who also are MBA students from the University of Augsburg in Germany and are studying at the University of Pittsburgh over the next three months will be feted at a public reception, 5 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10, at the University Club, 123 University Place, in Oakland.
This networking opportunity is designed to help local business executives, elected officials, faculty members, students and others meet representatives of German enterprises and subsidiaries and learn more about their country. It is sponsored by Pitt's University Center for International Studies and the International Business Center at the Katz Graduate School of Business.
