PITT TO HOST TENTH SLOVAK HERITAGE FESTIVAL
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 27 -- The University of Pittsburgh Slovak Studies Program and the Pitt Students' Slovak Club will hold the tenth annual Slovak Heritage Festival, on Sunday, Nov. 5, from 1 to 5 p.m., in the Cathedral of Learning Commons Room.
The Festival will feature Slovak song and dance performances by artists from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Slovakia; educational lectures and displays; ethnic foods; pastries; and vendors.
The Slovak Heritage Festival is free and open to the public. For more information, call 412-624-5906.
