Pitt’s Center on Race and Social Problems Tackles Racial Health Disparity Issues in Four Summer Institutes
PITTSBURGH—Social workers and health professionals will be among those exploring racial disparities in a variety of health care arenas at four summer institutes at the University of Pittsburgh’s Center on Race and Social Problems (CRSP).
Each institute will address racial disparities within a different context and will examine the problems and causes and develop specific actions that can be taken on a local level to help improve the situation. The institutes will take place at the CRSP 20th Floor Conference Center, Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Ave., Oakland. There is no cost, but space is limited. Preregistration is requested at llg34@pitt.edu.
